Safety is a priority for everyone entering our terminal. Comprehensive rules, required personal protection equipment, and detailed terminal maps ensure visitors and vendors understand and uphold our safety standards.

Truckers and On-Site Personnel Support
Truckers and on-site personnel receive thorough guidance about terminal rules and safety requirements. The Safety, Security and Environmental (SSE) Department is available to support and assist providing a seamless experience for all.
Proud Participant in OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week
As a regular participant in OSHA’s Safe + Sound Week, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to workplace safety and health. This nationwide event, held annually each August, celebrates the successes of safety and health programs and offers information and ideas on how to keep workers safe.
Our dedication to safety is evident through our numerous accolades, including:
- 1st place on the West Coast for Container Terminals (1 million or more man-hours) for injury/illness incident rate
- Industry Safety Leadership Award presented by Signal Mutual
